Problem with backup

If I try to back the TV server I keep getting this message:

could not export to path ...
exeption method not found tv.lybrary.interfaces.qualitytype tvdatabase.schedule.get_qualitytyp()

what can be wrong ?

Peter, please post a log file generated during export with debug settings checked. I assume you are using the latest version 0.0.0.8 at the begin of this post.

The plugin works fine but I suspect you use the mediaportal tv server routine to export channel because it suffers from the same problem: channels that have the same name are messed up between groups...

Roby, I started with the mediaportal tv server routine for exporting and importing channels. But over the time (versions) I have added a lot of exception handling and rewritten some routines including for groups. If there is still an exception occuring I do need the log file being posted here with the debug setting on. I do not see why an identical channel name would result in an exception. I had an export exception before but this should be fixed by the latest version. So if someone could post an example i would be interested to look into more details.

Are there any issues with going from RC2 to RC3 with this plugin? (.e.g. did anything major get added to RC3 that would mess up the import?)

revs, i have done it on Vista SP1 and XP SP3. So far i have not found any issues. Also there were no posts which indicate a problem being related to the upgrade from RC2 to RC3.

OK, in the weekend I will try the latest version (I used the 0.7 version that gave me this problem) to verify if the problem still exists and I will post logs in case.
