Never mind, I found a post with the same issues which pointed to a new titan editor dll which fixed the problem.

Someone have notify that after the installation of the new MP 1.6.0 pre release the the editor is not working at all, i believe becouse the .Net version is changed.

Try Launch Titan Editor from the mepo config until it's fixed

I hope this is right here:
I use Titan Extended One Style. There I defined the Modules in Mainmenu and the problem is, that the last Item (17-th Item) doesn't execute. No matter wich Item I put there - In MepiaPortal the last Item doesn't start. In the Picture you can see the last item --> Sudoku

Has anyone the same Problem that when using all the possible entries the last one doesn't start in Mediaportal

I came across this in my last reinstall. See the last post in https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/adding-background-image-in-titan-editor-fails.125635/ for the workaround. I guess Titan Extended fixes are in limbo right now.
