You can also get quad-tuner PCI-E cards (for those occasions when you want to record from four MUXes simultaneously). I have two TBS 6284 quad tuner cards (a result of having used WMC before MP). Although that particular card is discontinued, there is a newer quad-tuner card available from TBS.
