Black border on left side (1 Viewer)

I'm using a NOVA-S sattelite capture card from Hauppauge and I have the same porblem but the border on the left is blue and only apperas some times, but it's very annoying. I'm using the latest drivers.

I'm pretty sure that this blue border is already included in the mpeg2 stream. (similar happens sometimes in Finland tv broadcast). Only thing that you could do is to crop the video or call the broadcaster(s) and tell them to fix their broadcasts.
