There was some known issue with MyFilms, that after once entering the Details screen, Thumbs in other Plugins aren't displayed anymore correctly.
So if that might be the reason, nothing "other plugin" can do about it.
I currently can't reproduce, cause I use a selfcompiled version of myfilms and core.dll that does not suffer in that combination from that - but you can try:
Enter plugin (e.g. onlinevideos), check if all ok - enter myfilms with a detailscreen, go back to plugincheck if thumbs are gone.
Since Zebons is willing to fix this, please report back in MyFilms forum.

If you're not at all using myfilms, ignore this post ;-)

Edit: btw: I found this behaviour only, when tvseries is also installed/activated ...
