Blow WindowPlugins.dll to separate plugin DLLs (1 Viewer)

For me, i think blow windowplugin, is a good choice for update.

Seco want planne this for 1.6.100.

Hi,
I think the branch is ready but for 1.6.100 plugins need to be bumped because of the change.
But like we didn't do it for NET4 (i mean not the global one) maybe we can do it for 1.6.100.
We decide (if i'm not wrong) to avoid double bumping in concurrent release but this time it will give MP a faster startup etc.

Config say me error about Windowplugin.dll because, in the setup the old windowplugin is not deleted.
