Blow WindowPlugins.dll to separate plugin DLLs (3 Viewers)

    with update from 1.5
    Config say me error about Windowplugin.dll because, in the setup the old windowplugin is not deleted.

    Thanks, this clearly needs fixing. However I'm not sure how it should be properly done in installation scripts.

    Clean installs did not give me a problem. :)

    Seco, could you please give me/us some direction on what to test. what could be affected.. what to look out for. :) I could use some guidance.

    At least that all default plugins are installed correctly, can be configured and work properly in GUI :)

    Also there was a problem reported that Topbar icons are not focused on mouseover which I could not reproduce so try that

    WindowPlugins.dll now gets deleted in update installations (first post updated with installer)

    Also when testing, try removing all plugin DLLs (except Home.dll which is required) from plugins/Window. MP should still start and work properly even though this is not "normal" setup.

    Oh yes, it's true, we forgot to test with all plugin deleted.

    Just tested all worked as expected, no errors. Although unable to test anything else as I deleted all plugins. Will test the working of plugins next

    @seco : your merging branch from master, i'm not sure was corretly made.
    only mediaportal.sln have change, and you don't have all commit from master branch in your own branch.
