Hi,
version 0.1 is broken, most items disappeared.
I installed 0.5.1 again and everthing worked.
Just wanted to let you know.
Despite of that its a great theme for my 4:3 beamer.

I know this is sitting in my error log. Where it comes from and what is actually ment I have no idea yet.

don't know if it was before there though. Something about tvcard initialization (which I don't have so that can kinda go wrong i suppose)

However everything works here, no crashes. What the peep's gong on.

I got the same error with the Blue3++.zip you posted that you use on your system.

In the Media Portal log the D3D error occurs when the fonts are loading. After that, the Blue Skin does not load, and then numerous problems ensue!

Did you by any chance reference a Dutch or language font somewhere which you have on your system and we don't?

Well. I use an english based system. Mike7 was asking for internationalization so I decided to already give it a little go by ways of referencing plugin titles to id's in language files. Works for me.
Besides that you say it crashes after loading fonts right? Try replacing fonts.xml then with older file (0.0.5). I know I fiddled around in there too

This is one of those problems which will take some time I guess.

common.window.xml , myhome.xml/basichome.xml (whichever you use) or common.window.rss.xml are all loaded on startup, as well as references.xml and fonts.xml.
It has to have to do with something I changed over into 0.1.... Will be winmerging a bit I guess.

Ok I found it! There was an error in the fonts.xml file. I installed 0.1 and copied the fonts.xml from 0.0.5.1 and it loads no problem.

In the fonts.xml, near the end of the file you changed the start and end from 48/58 to 0/1536 in the 0.1 fonts.xml file.

I think you still need to put the logos folder back in the zip! Also, I have a problem with the topbar (it doesn't show properly on most screens.

I'll wait for a new version to check it out more thoroughly tomorrow. Time to sleep!

I thought they were in there. And please tell me what the problem is with topbar so I can fix it. What do you mean by shown not properly? Do you mean it overlaps stuff? I noticed that and thinking of removing the topbar altogether and maybe make a sidebar where appropriate.
New release won't be out before I fixxed the logos of tvseries and couple more outstanding issues.

Yep I did. I thought it was the character scope, I guess not

Things like this could happen more often. I'll create an archive of older versions so people can roll back.
I'll put back (or actually me as a skinner would be better) the beta status for next release so it's more clear for newcomers I'm really just fiddling around with stuff. With documentation being so hard to find it's the only way to go in my point of view

Hmm now I put stuff back in fonts.xml but like I expected it does not work right. The start/end tags in fonts.xml are character positions it seems. I use font48 for titles, so need to atleast change that font tag start and end values.
The problem then is that you guys don't have apparently this font available in such a large size for whatever reason and I do...

Nope, the Logos are not there.

I probably should actually read the skinners documentation! But I don't understand why the 0/1536 character positions caused a problem when loading the fonts.xml. Is there a forum you can ask in? The Development Forum? Anyway, all the other fonts.xml files for other skins use the 48/58 for font 32 and above.

Really? It's just blank for me with that fonts.xml with my newest version...

I'm struggling atm with tvseries logos... they don't want to cooperate... For some reason tvseries is all of a sudden looking in the %ALLUSERPROFILE% folder....
And you were right about the missing logos. They are included in the package but under /media/tvseries/logos. First they where sitting in /logos

On mine, TV Shows is there, but no Titles on any other pages (TV, MyFilms, Music, Pictures, etc). Can you load your latest version on MediaFire and I will check it out? Mabye don't post it in the forum yet! We MP Users are such an eager bunch we'll all download it (even if it is a beta or test version) and send you problem reports!

I will make another testversion after I figured out what the deal is with tvseries logos.... It's really weird...

Test version on the way. I changed stuff regarding tvseries logos. Clear your cache and import the new logo and format rules!
