I'm able to reproduce it. And somehow about 5 years ago I already fixed it, but never released that.
Going to also update the core browser to something more modern and hopefully that will result in a reasonable time to a fresh release

With just a newer browser-core it is solved, so my guess would be that core was too old to handle things correctly.

Unfortunately no, it doesn't work that way.
Have to make a new release (after some testing).
But don't worry, it's on the top of my list

I think the BBC are moving more to HTML5 so a new core would indeed fix that...
