So what would you recommend using to compress my raw ts files to?
Has anyone used iSky? What are your thoughts? Has anyone got it to work with MP in any way shape of form.. maybe as a site on Online Videos?

Do you mean a compression format (eg. h.264, MPEG2), compression ratio, or media container (eg. mkv)?
The answer to any of those questions would depend on:
- what devices you want to be able to play the recordings on
- how much storage the device(s) have
- how much storage your TV Server (or NAS etc.) has

I guess both might be helpful although technically we really only need to see the logs for what is happening on the Revo.

Are any of you giving MP 1.2b a crack? I've loaded it onto my test setup and I'm liking what I see so far. I still don't like the default skin but so far Backdrop is looking good and there are a couple of others I've got my eye on (I'm not going to continue with BleazleWide so the hunt is on for a skin that I can live with and with the new features available to skinners in MP1.2 the new skins are looking very professional )
One of the great new features in 1.2b is that MyPictures can now be used to show videos as well! Anyone who has come to MP from MCE will appreciate this; Having to go from MyPics to MyVideos, then find the right folder to see "movies" from the same holiday (or whatever) that I was just looking at in MyPics has always seemed dumb (and generally been a pain in the @rse), it's the one thing I've never liked about MP. But now it's sorted even when using "slideshow" it goes from pics to videos to pics etc seamlessly (so far in my testing..) Great!
If you haven't tried MP1.2b yet I recommend giving it a go (not so sure that I would try it out if I didn't have a test setup though..)

Yea... same here. 4TR is supposed to be out pretty soon and once the stable release of StreamedMP is done I'll upgrade. Moving Pictures and MyTVSeries all seem set as well.

I use 4TR too so if you guys could "report" back once you've got your HTPC's setup that would be great
I'm using MovingPictures on 1.2b and from the quick look I've had it seems fine, I haven't checked to see if there's a 1.2 compatible TV Series release yet..
