Did the Shift+1 thing before posting and I get some dropped frames during the stutter.

I just overclocked the GPU from 600 to 700 and the issue appears to have gone.

Hauppauge HVR-2200 cards don't tune FM properly
Well, HVR-2200 does work for FM radio but not with MP. I use to use MP to listen to FM radio using this card. I just had to set up the frtequencies manually in the TV Server config. All versions up to 0.9 something worked fine. It stopped working a few months before 1.0 was released.

I don't know why they can't resolve the issue since it use to work a couple of years ago. That was another reason I installed 1.1, as they had specified the problem was planned to be fixed for 1.1, but they have put it off again.

Yeah as much as I love MP it really really needs FM radio to work to be complete...I only have a power amp and the TV computer (thats what we call it round here heh) so no other tuners. I can scan and it picked up one and played static but nothing under 100FM worked and it didnt even see 96.6 or 99 or 91FM all good strong channels.
I heard there was a workaround with winamp but dont know anymore than that spose I could look for it but gah!
I found that old post already thanks was hoping someone had a workaround am using web stream but given limited bandwidth (30 gig) I would rather get it for free eh?

it's a shame the error was never picked up earlier as it might be just a matter of comparing two sets of code

does it work with channels >100FM?

Unfortunately I was wrong. It hasn't made any difference. I don't use the intelligent frame correction plugin so it's not that.
Seems to be worse on TV3 recordings made in MP 1.0 compared to new recordings or live TV. But it's not in the recording since I can rewind and play the same time span without any stuttering. I'll see what happens. Let me know if anyone has something I could try.

    Ross.

underclock the gpu core, if it gets worse then it's might be gpu related. the other thing that is GPU related is to try changing the HT speed which effects the shared memory

    Ross.

There are a scattering of reports in the MP 1.1 Development forum. I had what sounds like the same issue to you with RC4+. See the three things I did before the problem went away in this post.

There is another related thread which is pointing to a problem being system time related. One of the things I and another user did was sync system time with time.windows.com.
