Can I use Media Portal to stream a file to my TV (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Can you please tell me if I can use Media Portal to stream a mkv file (from my Windows7 desktop) to my DLNA SamSung TV UN46C6000?

    MP is designed to output video via the PC HDMI and not for streaming to a non-MP client. - so I suspect the answer is no.
