Can´t play recorded TV Show (1 Viewer)

I have uploaded the File right now.
In the meantime i had to install one Client completely new. Right now there are only MS Codecs installed and the behavior is the same.

Have tried the new MediaInfo.dll from this thread but that didn´t help.

Is the File playable on your Machine?
