Something is preventing the main setup program from being executed. Can be some anti-virus software or similar, not properly granted rights or something like that. Not that easy to diagnose what exactly isn't working from away...Error messages beginning 8007xxxx mean there is an external problem with Windows

Hhm, that appears strange. Are you really sure that you are launching the installer by right-clicking on its icon and then selecting the option "Run as Administrator"? Are you then sure that the user that you are entering in the dialogue does really have adminsitrator rights under Windows?I tried that too, no luck.
