Yes, as Holzi mentions you can rollback to 3.4.2 using the MPEI installer until your favourite skin is updated.

Of course, all old releases of skins will have the issue thats why you need to upgrade to the latest

Yes, the theme/mod you're using is out of date. StreamedMP is up to date and can be verified by turning your theme/mod off.
