Try this, create a new admin user, log into that and then try installing MP, if need be Delete the old account if this works as its a sure sign it is corrupted in some way.

ps. dont forget to move user files that you want to keep from old account

Paranoid Delusion: Creating a new admin account WORKED!! and then i changed back to my normal account and it worked there to....


is there a way to figure out whats wrong?
