Changelog RSS feed down (1 Viewer)

Tried the supplied URL:

https://www.team-mediaportal.com/cvs-snapshots/changelog.rss

But it first asks for a password, then gets error 401.

It's seems that are all RSS feed don't working.

f.e. the rss 2.0 feed at
https://www.team-mediaportal.com/index2.php?option=com_rss&feed=RSS2.0&no_html=1
I get
