Medicines consumed, and both the above tips solved the change channel problem with client 1.3.2.

After more than 8 months without TV-access on my HTPC I finally am back in business. Seems like the channel-changing-problem finally was resolved by gemx with version 1.3.2.
Unfortunately I upgraded to a x64 system in the meantime where 1.3.2 doesn't work. Did anybody of you find a solution for making it work on x64 systems ? I tried all kind of combinations with the original TV-Server dlls of current versions without having success.
Are you (gemx) planning on releasing a fixed version ?

So, you're power cycling the TV, but not putting the PC to sleep ?
In General => Startup/Resume settings, try checking "Ignore Windows resolution/size changes"
In Codecs and Render, try selecting the specific audio device rather than "Default DirectSound device"
Just ideas, no guarantee this will do anything.

I recently did a fresh install of 2.5 on a new Windows 11 PC. My previous (Windows 10) version of 2.5 gave my broadcast TV channel...

The reason I was thinking I needed more RAM is that TV now seems to be HiDef and so the files have grown. I edit the files before storing them, to reduce some size. It is finding that slower, I think. Or it could just be because I'm expecting more? The Baseboard manufacturer says ASUSTech Computer Inc; Baseboard product P7P55D-E...
