changing DVD cover in 'video' section (1 Viewer)

I am using MP 1.1.2.

I have now got the MP setup exactly as I like it, with a couple of manual mods powermarcel. This little mod would have been a nice touch, but I am not keen on upgrading in case it messes anything up. It probably wont but I just dont want to risk it. If the mod doesnt work then I will just leave it as it is.

My thinking is that any mods that are around would probably still work on StreamedMP 1.7.2 as its only a couple of months old.

Ah, the defaultdvdcover.png image did work. Mistake I made before was not clearing the cache after setting it. Thanks.

As I cant get the folder.jpg to work I will just stick with this. It gives me the same dvd cover for all shares but I can live with that

Allright, nice.. You're welcome. It's still a bit strange that the folder.jpg doesn't work since it is working here.. Will think about it..

There was a problem until MP 1.2.2 with folder.jpg on network shares root. See here: 0003516: Video Plugin thumb & icon problem as folder.jpg not visible on network shares root - MediaPortal Bugtracker

It is fixed now in MP 1.2.2 so maybe you should consider an update? =)
