Digital Devices checked the CI Modul and the CAM and they told me that after 2 days testing everything works well and also that the problem is not the DD hardware.
You mean you sent the CAM and smartcard to them for testing, and they could decrypt your channels?

No I sent the CAM and the CI Modul to Digital Devices for testing and they could decrypt channels with an austrian smartcard.

I don't know what to do now.

Well, I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do. This problem is outside our control. I'd be interested to hear your results from DVBViewer if you're able to try it, but I expect the problem will be the same.

Ok I can give it a try.

I put the CAM with the smartcard into the CI slot in the TV and turned a scrambled channel on and put them into the HTPC again. The CAM Menu in MePo detects now my smartcard as "NDS" (see attachement Show Turk.jpg) but Pay-TV is still scrambled. After that I created new logs. Now I'm trying DVBViewer.

Actually, from the server side it looks like decrypting is working now. There is definitely an improvement. :)
On the client (MP) side it seems like the stream from the CAM is still encrypted in a way that the server is not able to detect. So still, the CAM/smartcard are the limitation here.
I recommend to keep trying with ATV Avrupa first because it only has one video and one audio stream. The CAM should be able to decrypt that channel.

I just tried DVBViewer, the free-air-channel works but the pay-tv is still scrambled. I tried it with ATV Avrupa. What else can I try?

Perhaps I should mention that the DD Support send me a message a few weeks ago that I should check these settings in the bios:
    C1E Support: disable
    C1 / C6 (Support): disable
    SpreadSpectrum: disable
    Advanced Clock Calibration: disable
    Active Core Control: off
EIST / Enhanced Mode (Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technolgy): disable

It is necessary to set the PCIe-Frequenz to the value 100. This setting is called in the bios from manufacturer to manufacturer different. The possibilitys are:
    "PCIe Frequency"
    "PCIe Overclocking"
    "BCLK/PEG Frequency"
On Asus Boards it is: AI Overclocking Tuner: Manual - then you can change the PCIe Frequenz.

In the bios I couldn't find the options "C1E Support", "C1 / C6 (Support)", "SpreadSpectrum", "Advanced Clock Calibration", "Active Core Control" and "EIST / Enhanced Mode (Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technolgy)".
PCIe-Frequenz was already set to 100. Perhaps I have failed to see some options, I couldn't find all the settings like the support mentioned them. I'm using a Asus P8H77-M pro motherboard. Is anybody using the same motherboard with DD CI-Modul and can give me a help with the bios settings?

What I mean is I suggest to do your testing with ATV Avrupa. I know it doesn't work right now, but when you are testing that is the channel I recommend that you test with. Some of your other channels have more than one audio stream. I'm not sure if your CAM will handle that situation.

    What else can I try?
Maybe you could ask your provider to send the activation signal again while you're watching ATV Avrupa.

Do I have to put my CAM into the TV CI-Slot and activate or do I have to put in the HTPC and activate? Makes it a difference? Yesterday the support activated my card again and the channels are still scrambled. Now MePo detects the card as "bad smartcard" again. The support will contact me today later, I hope that they can fix my problem.

I would suggest to do it in the PC.

It is not MP that is the source for that message - it is the CAM.

    I hope so too. :)
Please be sure to let us know what they say. I am very interested to hear. ;)

My provider told me that they only can give a guarrantee that the pay-tv works when I use a CI+ modul from them (Kabel BW). Unicam works in the most cases only few months and then you have problems. Other manufactors don't know how the decryption of the channel works and then you need a new firmware or the decryption does not work. I don't know what I should do now. I think there are more users with the same hardware. Has nobody the problems like mine?
