As you can see that connector combines USB and Molex power pins together.
When your display is properly wired, as far as power supply goes, you should be able to see the incandescent orange filament inside the display glass, especially noticeable in the Dark. After a short while you can also feel the heat through the glass. It's also possible that all pixels are briefly turned on when you power it up.

You better be careful what you are doing. Bad wiring could damage your display.

For perfect fit you will need the female crimp pins that goes with that crimp housing and proper crimping tools.

Go into your BIOS and try disabling some of the USB option, I think it's called XHCI, or try some other USB ports.
after change bios setting, change usb cable, and usb port it got same error, maybe i try another old pc on monday....if still have problem, will try contact the supplier claim RMA.....

What's you motherboard? What BIOS option did you try out?
Which version of Windows are you running?
Did you install you motherboard's USB drivers?

I got mine running on various motherboards from Asus, Aopen and iBase, notably:
    • Asus P8Z68 DELUXE/GEN3 - though not on the USB 3 ports if I remember well.
    • Asus Z97-WS - had to disable xHCI in BIOS.
I'm running Windows 10 now but it used to work just fine on Windows 7 too.
Did you try if CIC could connect to the display despite the USB errors?
Did you try USB 2, USB 3 ports, front and back USB ports and internal USB ports?
Did you do an online search for that issue on your motherboard, brand or USB controller model?

if still have problem, will try contact the supplier claim RMA.....
Give yourself enough time to investigate the issue.

i received the connector today and solder it.
Did you actually solder anything? If that's the case make sure that you don't have any short circuits.

I fixed a showstopper in the new CIC installer and republished v2.0.0. See first post for download link.
Just download the installer again and do fresh install.

Hopefully this is the final 2.0.0 version. I've now switched my production system to this new version.
I still have to update the release notes on the first post.
