After changing the schema name I wasn't taken back into Setup.
    That is normal.

When I opened it again (normally) I have nothing in the TV Servers section and no tuners. After re-import I have channels etc, but still no servers or Tuners.
Okay, then it is likely the problem was not a corrupted database. Please post fresh log files.

Looks like you haven't selected a channel in MP. TV Server can't tune "no channel". ;)

I guess I'm missing something.. but how do I select a channel if no tuners show up in the TV Server?
That quote is from the MediaPortal logs. In other words, it looks like you're trying to start TV but MP doesn't know what channel you're trying to start TV with. I think you need to use the mini-guide or guide to select a channel.

Oh - I've tried that (subsequently) but there are just a lot of empty entries.
Why would there be nothing in the 'TV Servers' section and no tuners?

I can't explain that. In your TV Server log file it looks like the service has found the radio web stream tuner, 4 "QUAD" DVB-T tuners, 2 "WinFast DTV 2000 DS" DVB-T tuners, and the DVB-IP tuner...
