Seems like you're really suffering from the issue which has been fixed post RC4

Can I test out this theory for you? Can I get a copy of the fixed module and I will try it out and see if it does in fact fix the problem?

Try the attached ones, but only to scan the shares please.

It may have unexpected side effects to the rest of the system. so please restor the prtiginal versions after the scan.
check, if the thumbs folder contains cover art then and please post configuration.log, if you still have troubles

OK, I have tried rescanning with the new dll's in place, still nothing...

look at this row:

Musicdatabasereorg: 8264 skipped because of creation before the last import

so it didn't import anything, cause you had the checkbox marked, that it should only import files changed after the last import.
untick that and you will get a full rescan

It worked! This is great. All cover art is there now. I just used it for the scan and replaced back the originals and life is good. Thanks again for taking the time to work on this!

I have run into the same or similar issue, i will give those files a shot when I get home and report back.
