Codecs Current best GT430 drivers? (3 Viewers)

And you definately have all TV specific codecs set to LAV?
Pic of my LAV video settings attached that work for me..

Edit: Did you try to use LAV BEFORE installing SAF?

Yeah, I have the same settings. I tried LAV on it's own (latest one) without SAF and it was the same.

I'm beginning to suspect the GT430..

Will have to try to find a way to test it...

What does your driver details say? I cant remember if I stuck with the tesla ones tbh.. Heres mine.

Could it be to do with the streaming though??

I'm not on my HTPC, but I tried different drivers, all have the same result.

I had a GTX460 before this, but the fan was too noisy when LAV hardware acceleration was turned on.

Don't think it is the streaming because it also does it on the server when TV recordings are happening - the recording will be pixellated and blocky.

Well if its only when a recording is happening or a second client is viewing then theres obviously something to do with that no? Have you looked in log to see if theres any decoding failure errors or anything with the card? They ussually show as PES FAIL in tsreader.log.. Maybe something else to look at..

I ask about the drivers because they definately make a difference, I tried several but the only ones in my NVIDIA folder say 285.6x and 290.53 so I think I dropped the Teslas..

When I say card I mean your software cam and decryption card.. Maybe the second login isn't playing ball properly

Nah, the decryption is just fine - runs on a dedicated linux box and if it was that then PDVD12 would suffer the same issues..

Hmm.. plot thickens...

Tried LAV with DXVA2 (native) and it's fine (still can't use for live tv but the issue with recordings while playing MKV is no longer a problem.)

Also noticed that the processor was dropping in speed so fixed that in the BIOS - however that didn't appear to be the cause as I tested CUVID again and same problem.
