Custom Data Grabber including Sky UK Channel/EPG Grabber (8 Viewers)

Hi, I have installed my new TBS 6984 card, installed the latest drivers, successfully scanned using the standard scanning in MP 1.3a, but when I go to scan using the plugin I just get AllCardsBusy or NoPmtFound. I have been using this plugin since release with a Technotrend S3200 with no issues.
What am I doing wrong with the TBS 6984?

Ignore me, just found this message from DJBlu:

"Sounds like you've installed the new TBS method, re-installed scanned all channels without ticking the Set Modulation to "Not Set" for SD channels.
Delete the database. Tick this option and rescan."

Did that and scanned perfectly.

@DJBlu If you get a minute could I ask a big favour?

Can you fix the latest installers so that they work with MSSQL? MYSQL performance is poor compared to MSSQL - when I add a series link recording using MYSQL TV freezes whilst it searches the database and read times from it are slower.

The latest installers fail to upgrade the database if Mediaportal is using MSSQL.

I don't understand this? I have been using a TBS 6984 for months and months, and have never ticked anything for Set Modulation - not aware that I am experiencing any issues either? I never scan using MP, only using the DJBlu plugin.

Do you use Windows 7 or XP?

I use Windows 7.. 64 Bit

There is a difference between XP and Windows 7's bda modulation that is causing issues.

Some have problems some don't.

We are working on a solution that fits both scenarios.

Sorry to be off topic but if anyone is using 2.0.0.18 tbs 6981 driver there is a bug that will cause live tv to drop out when a recording starts. Only appears to do it when tuner 1 is locked and then tuner 2 initialises.

Problem doesn't occur in latest 2.0.1.5

Yes i have noticed this but never knew what caused it. I'm using 2.0.0.18 drivers on tbs 6981 so looks like it must be driver related if it don't happen with newer drivers
