Well it didn't fix it unfortunately. Still can't add any series link recordings.
I'm still getting error in log saying "sorry, master/slave server set-ups are not supported. Since there is another server in the fb, we exit here."

Had to resort to deleting the database and starting again - working again now. Fingers crossed it doesn't reoccur..
I did notice, that when set up, the server is listed in TV Config as SERVER (it's hostname) and at some point it changed to it's IP address instead.
It's currently the server name again now - dunno if it is significant or not.

Hi there,
That error occurs if the TVServer DB has two server/host entries listed. By the sounds of it, you had one as the hostname, the other as the IP (I've only ever had ths once before)
In theory there should be only one entry (as the error/code suggests, MePo doesnt support multiple servers). The cleanest way to fix is to drop the DB, but you could have tried going through the TVSetup program and changing it there, or editting the data via SQL.
