Hi again,

Is your timezone correct also? The time may be correct but the EPG is effectively "Zulu" time GMT and gets corrected as per your timezone.

Can you upload the log files from your TV Server.

They are stored in "C:\Program Data\MediaPortal\TV Server\logs\"

I need the TV.log file.

Thanks.

I see you aren't using the plugins.

If you are using MediaPortal for just Freesat then you can just use the standard 1.3.0 RC and select the "Freesat Info" channel to get your EPG.

The logs look fine.

I hav'nt been able to get the epg to work at all with the freesat info method. As far as I can tell I have followed everything as per guides/mp wiki's but obviously there is something I have overlooked. Will keep looking...

How does one access "quick record" from the TV guide? If I highlight a programme and press Enter, I just get the normal record menu.

I have to admit defeat. I've tried the freesat info method over and over and I cant even get a single channel to populate. I have followed the guide(s) on how to get this to work but I cant get anywhere. Aside from starting from scratch with a fresh install of everything I really dont know what to try next!

    1) Go to DVB EPG -> Radio EPG Grabber.
    2) Tick "Freesat Info" (nothing else) on the left and "English" (nothing else) on the right.
    3) Make sure "Store data only for selected channels" is unticked.
    4) Go to DVB EPG and make sure "Grab EPG only for channels on same transponder" is unticked. Set your schedule as desired here.
    5) Go to Manual Control and click "Refresh DVB EPG".

Be sure to check the PowerScheduler++ page too (if you have that plugin).

Thanks DragonQ but that is the method I used and nothing is happening.
