I understand, but do you know that you can centered or put on the left/right the line that you want with the "configuration editor"? Do you try this ?

cybrmage:
you always call the mouse/keyboard button "stick". May be it's a different iMon remote. The one i use is called "iMon Pad Remote Controller"
-> could be seen here :::confused:oundGraph::: Innovation of Human on Digital Network

That is probably my bad on that one. I just started calling "5. PAD controller : Mouse cursor control & 4 arrow Keys" (from the link you gave) " Mouse Stick". Cybrmage just called it that because I was I guess.

You are correct though. In this post:
Keyboard/Mouse Button = 4. Mouse/Keyboard button : Switching the usage of PAD controller between mouse and keyboard 4 way arrow keys.
Mouse Stick = 5. PAD controller : Mouse cursor control & 4 arrow Keys

They are all done with the imon remote, the MCE did nothing in all modes.

crap!!

If need, i could some more tests.

Yes, please....

1) run iMon manager
2) open the manager control panel
3) go to settings, select "MCE remote" as the remote and click on reset. Click on Reply
4) press a button or two on the MCE remote. iMon manager should show the button presses... If it does not, stop here , set you remote back to iMon PAD, click reset and report that iMon manager doesn't recognize an MCE remote, else continue
5) close iMon manager control panel and shut down iMon manager.
6) run the test application
7) press each key on the MCE remote once
8) post the logs

Thanks

you always call the mouse/keyboard button "stick".

I call it whatever people are comfortable with... I'm call it "that stupid grey piece of s*** grey button in the center of the remote, that causes everyone a headache" if it is easier to determine that the "pad controller" is the button that I am refering to... 8-}

May be it's a different iMon remote.

No... There is oly one model of iMon PAD remote control... The only difference between the remote control that is shipped by Soundgraph/Silverstone/Thermaltake/Monueal/etc is the plastic button overlay... (some actually print their name/logo onto the plastic overlay, others use a sticker to cover the Soundgraph logo)

Also... If someone with the iMon HID hardware (that can be easily unplugged) can do the following test please....

1) run the test application
2) press a few button to ensure that the remote is working.
3) unlug the USB cable for the iMon device.
4) wait for the device removal tone from windows
5) plug the USB cable for the iMon device back in.
6) wait for the device insertion tone from windows.
7) press a few buttons on the remote....
8) report the results (are the button presses recognized? does the test application crash?, etc...)

THANKS!!!

Test 13 - Removal Results

Ok I ran Test 13
Pressed some buttons on the remote which were recognized.
Removed the USB plug with the test running.
I heard the USB removal tone.
Inserted plug back in.
Heard USB insert tone.
HID test continued to run without issues.
Press some more buttons and everything was still being recognized by the HID test.

I have enclosed my log as well.

Looks good!!!
