Is it possible to get the EQ part of the imon driver to also work with "My radio" for web radio?
I also don't get any useful information in the display when listening to web radio. Shouldn't the information displayed in "Now playing" information be displayed on the LCD as well?
I have the same problem as GyLgames and globaldonkey. My case is a LC16 MR with soundgraph VFD (OEM Type C).
Your display-driver works very fine, but each time after it starts my iMon-Pad remote stops working. Could you please confirm if you are working on this issue.
This version (CybrDisplayPlugin_02_25_2008.zip) almost works fine (with my system), if:
1. start iMon
2. start MP
3. change MP to window mode from fullscreen (alt+enter)
4. go into tray iMon, change Frontview from 'Never' to 'Always' and uncheck all auto option on Auto tab
5. Back to fullscreen MP
and result:
- can control with iMon Pad
- show status on VFD
but:
- in every second flash the iMon driver with the time on VFD
That works so far and if you switch back to the never mode, than close the Imon and restart it, it will work without the flashing of IMON driver. Maybe there is something messed up when the plugin resets the IMON driver.
EDIT: So what i have to do to get it to work is:
1. start mp and wait for the display to work
2. go to IMON and set frontview to always (click ok)
3. go to IMON and set the frontview to never (click ok)
4. in my case the IMON software crashes, so I kill the IMON prozess
5. restart IMON
Now everythings works like it is supposed to work
I'll test the process in about 24 hours and report back once I've rebuilt my system for about the 3rd time (long story, short anecdote below to amuse)..... have you guys noticed that when MP starts, it throws the IMON remote back into mouse control mode? I have IMON manager set to keyboard by default, but every time I start MP, it resets it to mouse mode. I think MP itself also does something at startup that "tinkers" with the IMON driver.
Here's a good one for you. I was building the system in one room (all worked ok) then moved it into the living room and hooked it up to the plasma display. IMON remote starts playing up and becoming unresponsive to the point that it's pretty much unusable. After rebuilding a couple of times, and looking at installation process, and suspecting bigger display size causing CPU problems, I eventually worked out it was the physical location of the box. When it wasn't working, it was sitting next to my old media PC which also had an IMON receiver and remote. Switch the old media PC off, everything works. I cannot for the life of me work out how having a 2nd IMON receiver nearby can screw the IR transmission to another receiver, but it does. That has been about 4 days of trouble shooting!
Now all I need to do is get my DVICO TV Tuner working properly. Another wonderful product from Korea. 2nd tuner keeps failing to start intermittently (yeah got all the patches).
Yeah, I noticed of course IMON switch back fake mouse mode (imon state is keyboard, but works in mouse mode). I guess MP has bug in tvcard detect module (not important if u have tvcard or havent), system lost the connection with imon driver for one moment.
which IMON version are you using, I noticed the problem with the new 7.01.... IMON driver. Wehen Frontview is turned of the remote only works in mouse mode. I'm using Ver.6.01.0122, and i don't have any problems with keybord mode. I can control MP with my remote for about 5 to 10 seconds till the display turns on then the remote is not usable anymore.
