Please everyone, test these versions. Otherwise this will not get fixed.

Is there one person who is having these problems who is prepared to reformat/reinstall Windows, in order to check whether this is a combination of hardware/drivers, or just a messed up windows install?

cheezey yep could be nice (do you have possibiliy to make an system image ?)
@all : This is new V12 version (hope this one is good too, somes changes also for mpcsubs.dll about static and MT for compil, make the dll more big but maybe solve issue).

V10 and V11 both installed without errors or problems. (upgrade and fresh install)

The mpcsubs issue that I was having in previous versions is corrected in both V10 and V11.

I will try V12 and feed back.

Apart from your fixes are you using latest svn's for these ? or is this still the original beta release with specific instal fixes ?
