Hi had this problem and was watching for an outcome I installed the latest "Version_12Bis_Installer_MP" and it worked and can now access the live tv part of the TV server on my main server in the lounge room. This is a client that i am on now so the system info is for my main server I have included a short system.txt for the client info. Up until now I have not been able to watch live TV on the Client as is was a different version to the MediaPortal_1.2.0_Beta version that is on the main.
The only problem now is that is this install has disabled all of my plugins ie, MP-TVSeries-2.9.2.1773, moving-pictures-1.2.2, and a few others too but i am sure these can be fixed by installing the 1.2.0 beta versions.
Thank you for resolving this problem it must have been a major one.

Thanks for feedback, and yes you should install 1.2.0Beta version for all plugins

Just found this thread and I think I had a problem with that file, too. But my virus scanner told me it was corrupted. Is this problem still of any interest or are you guys talking about other stuff already? (Don't want to read the last few pages.)

Hi Me again I have just tried to watch tv, videos, and tv series and i have no sound now. Not sure if was gone before when i last posted as it was not up loud. have included debug diags. Thanks Hound

Hi,

Look @ mute and "+" or "-" KEY to see if volume was not bottom.
I t already happen to me lol just UP the volume by "+" key
