I think I have found the problem but I cannot test the fix.
Please replace the file Core.dll your MP installation directory, with the one attached here. Make sure you make a backup of the original file.
Repeat your tests and report back.
After testing restore your original Core.dll, as the one attached includes other partial changes and will cause you trouble. It is just to test the fix. If confirmed, the fix will be included in 1.1.0.

    :D for testing.

Thanks. It would be great that the issue got fixed.

I can't find your attached file. May be you forget it or it's too late and I'm too sleepy to find it.

Forgot to attach the file. Here it is.

Edit: removed erroneous attachment to avoid confusion.

Thank you. I tried it and the problematic characters (the ones with grave accents) have changed, but they aren't still the right ones.

Here is a sample with the same subtitle I showed in my first post.

The right sentence is "essere più simpatica".

Congratulations, arion_p, it works! Great job!

I even check the French language and now it shows everything OK (in French the problem was not only the grave accents but also: ^, ç.

I think I'll keep that precious core.dll till the new MP version.

By the way, I tried it in two computers with different systems: Vista SP1 and XP SP3 and it works in both of them.

    Thank you again.

    Like I said:
