Is already decided what to include in 1.3.0?

No because that depends on which changes of the Area 51 Setion are ready when the deadline hits.

There were some ideas and patches made by mm135200 that could be included and were postponed to 1.3.0 (Mostly about rewriting radio part)

How to include all that in 1.3.0?

Same rules apply to everyone. So if he finishes his work before the deadline they will mostlikely be included.
Ultimatelly it is his call as TvServer Dev Leader.

I'm looking forward for 1.3.0 Alpha.
Will it be released tomorrow like stated in the news? What be totally awsome.

I think no, because there is open issue in mantis.

Sadly the release of 1.3.0 Alpha has to be delayed because there were some larger complications when merging the (big) branches.
Getting everything into a working state requires additional efforts from our developers.

But as soon as we have a build ready, we will make it available for pre-release testing in Area51.

Should be close, there is only 1x issue in MP 1.3 Alpha left that I can see, and I think that issue is supposed to be listed under MP 1.3 Beta, which would mean that 1.3 Alpha is probably going through internal testing for 1 week before release (hopefully).
