Different resolution - same size, what's best? (1 Viewer)

I have a 720p projector.
If I have a movie that is 720p and fit it on a 4,5Gb DVD,
or the same movie in SD on a 4,5Gb DVD disc,
what difference will there be in picture quality on my projector?
