Hmmm...won't play in Win 7 as well. Same issue, black square, ffdshow audio and video loads (icon present). So close, and yet so far.

    AW: Does dr.dk work?

If you download a little, does that part play? Might give other a new version to test, as this could be codec related ;)

    Yes it does! Interesting...

Attached is a sample FLV from a live stream, and a screenshot of the file being played...

    :p

EDIT: New DLL attached, please report back

I cannot play it using directshow :( It runs and has audio playing but no video.. It plays in VLC, but a bit shaky. Not sure what is causing this, maybe the live stream is not reconstructed fully correct to an flv file. But I have other rtmp live streams working.

I can play it with MPC HC, but first time it played with double speed, and second time without sound ;)

In the stream there are also funny screens like this one:

Yep - does also not play here in directshow(no video, but sound with SAF 5.0) & jumpy in VLC.

I think the "jumpyness" is because of drops in the stream caused by bad bandwidth in their end...

    Codecinfo attached for reference:

EDIT: OnlineVideos/MediaPortal can't play the downloaded FLV either.

    Success :)

After much fun I found the codec-combination that works with DR Live FLV streams. It takes a little work though...(and have a small issue with sound?)

Basically we want the graph chain to be File Source (URL) -> CyberLink FLV Splitter(PDVD10) -> CyberLink Video Decoder (PDVD10) / MONOGRAM AAC Decoder

    1. Install *Unlocked* SAF 5 (I just used the latest version)

    2. MediaPortal Configuration, Set Video Codecs as attached screenshot
    3. FFDShow Audio Decoder Configuration, disable AAC as attached screenshot
    codecs1.jpg

    4. Change FFDShow Video Decoder Configuration, disable H.264/AVC
    5. Should work now, but if not, check graph with GraphStudio, you don't want any other codecs loaded but the ones in this screenshot
    live ok.jpg
    recorded_ok.jpg

There is an issue with the sound...it is as if it sometimes increases A LOT in short bursts. Really annoying. Is present on DR1 and DR Update, but not DR2

offbyone, do you know enough about rtmp to help me fixing Bonanza?

The Util plays some of the files in Bonanza, but most doesn't play. Log says path is invalid, but I find that when I use rtmpdump I can download them with this request:

    rtmpdump -n 195.137.195.74 -y flv:bonanza/02-02-2008/27485_512x384x840K -t rtmp://vod-bonanza.gss.dr.dk/bonanza -a bonanza -o test.flv

The path that the plugin extracts and feed to OnlineVideos is this:

    rtmp://vod-bonanza.gss.dr.dk/bonanza/bonanza/02-02-2008/27485_512x384x840K.flv

And it tries to play it with this request:

    2011-03-11 22:30:58.573581 [Info.][MPMain(1)]: [OnlineVideos]Preparing graph for playback of http://127.0.0.1:30006/0/127.0.0.1/...nza/bonanza/02-02-2008/27485_512x384x840K.flv

Do I need to use the proxy again, like I did with Live TV? And how can I send a rtmp-address AND a playpath, similar to the one that works with rtmpdump?

    1000x:D

    AW: Does dr.dk work?

Seems that our playpath extraction is a bit off :(
You can set the playpath yourself, just like the link I gave you for the live stream, but leave live=true out, and instead use
    Code:
    &app=bonanza&playpath=correctplayhere
