Hi,

i can really only guess here. But i think it is a problem with hauppauge. But i haven't done any testing. Perhaps someone with MCE or iMON remote could say a littlebit more?

Flip.

I have this problem with Remote Wonder II as well.
It seems as if you have a little bad (RF-)reception and just press quickly it is sometimes not recognised and sometimes it skips two steps.
I believe it could be a driver question. I have friend who made his own RWII driver, I'll ask him if he can share his code with us.

That would be GREAT if he would share his code. Do you know if his code works with the older AIW RF remote?

Maybe it would be a good idea to remove repetition completely for some
buttons. How often do we want the OK button to repeat? For me, I say
never. What do you think? (quote from mail)

You should look in to this idea, the best way to find out is probably to remove the repetition and use it and see if you miss it ;)

Oh, almost forgot to tell you: This build is made out of the 0.1.3.0
source. Maybe it don't work with the 0.2.0 candidate since that is .Net
    2.0.(quote from mail)

I'm using 0.2.0 RC1 with a CVS that don't require .NET 2.0, Unfortunetly your dll did not work at all for me could not even start MP. My computer is messed up by other things anyway so maby it works for others ;)

    Unfortunatly that is true. :?

I am using a CVS which uses .NET2 and your DLL is not working with it. Getting a bunch of exceptions...

Sad to hear that the dll did not work on your machines.
Guess I'll have to have a look into the 0.2.0 code and see
    what has been changed.

I have rewritten the double-click suppresion and the repeat delay functions again. I will put some more work into it before I distrubute a new dll again.

Thank you for testing the dll.
Gave me a hint of what has to be done.
Please be patient. It's my first fix.

I've tested and older version of the Hauppauge remote plugin. It was nearly unusable. Just like was reported here, I had to put the delay value very high and I still had unintentional double clicks which are really bad if you accidentally delete something and it gets confirmed rightaway by the second click.

It was my impression that your plugin is simply not getting a high enough priority in MP. That the error mostly occurs during scrolls (high cpu load) seems to corroborate that. I still just use the IR software from Hauppauge as that works 100% perfect. Maybe you should check to see if your pluging can get higher scheduling priority.

    Just my 0.02$
