Thanks for your 0.02$ eavdmeer... ;-)
mPod shall have all credits for the remote plugin, wich for me made mp more usable since it is gives way faster response than using ir.exe.
From my elaboration I don't think it is a priority issue.
Changed repetition handling and got rid of douleclicks.

I'll try to compile for 0.2.0 so more people can have a try, and
hopefylly get the code into the cvs.

Status for the doubleclick fix

Just letting ya know that I've sucessfully compiled to the latest CVS.
The strange thing is that my fix does not work as good on 0.2.0 as it did in 0.1.3. don't know what's different. Altough with 0.2.0 cvs 28 November installed on my weak machine, the gui runs awfully slow. It eats CPU power like never before. Maybee this makes the remote process to get less attention (as suggested by Ernie).

Within days I'll probably have something for you 0.2 people.
But it did not work with the RC1, only with later CVS versions.
(don't ask... I don't have a clue)

    Hi Bosso,

    good news. :)

I also have observed the very high CPU consumption with the latest CVS versions. Especially the small preview window leads to stuttering and hangs. Hopefully they will fix this.

Anyway, i am looking forward for your fix. :)

It won't do me (or you) much good if you sent it to me (because I am not a developer at this point, especially not driver development) but I would hope that one of the developers would want this code to dig into as to resolve thsi problem.

I'm sorry if you thought I'd be able to fix this problem by getting the code. That was not my intentions.

Update on the hauppage doubleclick issue.

I finally made a workaround wich solved the issue that some
keys from the remote got delayed on its way within mp.
Got it working great on my setup now.

I have sent mPod the source.
He will have a look, and decide wether to include it into cvs or not.

    Hi Bosso,

great news! The last version you send me did not work so well. But this was mainly because of the very laggy MP behaviour at all. Your version did catch up much double clicks, but not all.

Looking forward for your new patch! :)

I agree. The last version did not catch all double clicks. (and mostly because of sluggish mp version then)
I'll send you the new dll.
From tomorrow I'll be on vacation for a month, so I won't be able to do much more for now.
