i have no personal problems with vanessa or any other member.

My job as administrator is to ensure that this forum stays clean, forum rules were followed and that the actions of individuals do not compromise the existence of this project and the harmony inside the team.

This job can be ungraceful sometimes, but that doesnt matter.

The fonts are weard for me to. There are some small lines in the text.

i allready offered you more than 3 times to talk with me about this delicate issue privately 1on1 via pm.
this is nothing that has to be talked about in public.

i realy do not understand why you refuse my offer and still try to talk about it in a forum which is not the correct place for it.

This is a design forum, and not the place for administrative conversations.

Furthermore i have asked nicely a question via pm regarding an other issue which i also would never explain to the public because its confidential.
Thats how i handle such events.

If you try to make me angry so i do/say something stupid, then you have found the wrong man. i will stay cool.

It seems to me that you want attention, i will not jump on that train because i am handling such things in a professional way.
