this log line tells me that the property is set correctly (text 19,03 GB). So you're using it wrong in the skin file.

There you go. Just now, I have changed the coordinates to see whether it would make a difference but no.
Could it be that something has changed regarding the presentation of skins so that it cannot be shown in that place?
I also had modified the mytvguide.xml file to show the free space in the upper right corner - just like before - but there too nothing appears....

I had it in the wrong place - outside of the controls tag.

Sorry, what a stupidity!!!

EDIT: and of course, with the modified string (added .Drives) it now also shows in the tvguide
So, remember to modify the example in your archive.

You have a dot at the end of the property name. Remove that. But i think you said you already tried without dot.

What skin is this from? MePo v1.1.1?

I only have 1.1.0 ATM but as soon as I install 1.1.1, will test this. Perhaps something is screwed.

Also, try replacing "textboxscrollup" with simple "label" or "fadelabel"..

Hi all,

I have added new attachment to first post: DriveFreeSpace0.55ForMediaPortal1.2Beta.rar

Use this version only if you have MediaPortal 1.2 Beta. It should be compatible with later MediaPortal versions too. There are no code changed other than included plugin version check to make it compatible with MediaPortal 1.2 Beta.

Hi,

I don't understand how this plugin works.. I put the .dll file in my process plugin directory, enable my disk drives in the confuguration screen, and then? I see the plugin not in mediaportal plugins..
