Can you try to increase : "wait for timeshift file" to 15 seconds for example in SetupTV config :) ?

Can you try to increase : "wait for timeshift file" to 15 seconds for example in SetupTV config :) ?

I just tried that and it locked up just the same again the first time I tried.

I then thought perhaps I needed to restart TV Server after making this change so I did that and the first channel I tried (BBC1) worked OK, but then I tried ITV1 and it locked up again.

EDIT: It seems that if I untick "Enable DVB Subtitles" in MP Config I don't have any problems, which might not be surprising (as this obviously disables this functionality) but thought I should tell you anyway :) I haven't tested this extensively, so I'll let you know if I still get any lockups with this unticked.

Sorry, I forgot to test the other problem I was having, which was MP freezing (requiring me to kill it) when trying to play recorded TV.

This still happens even with "DVB Subtitles unticked". After restoring the original core.dll and unregistering the cccp.ax, it seems to be fixed.

    Thanks for log,

Where is your R:\ drive it was on network ?
If yes can you try to setup it in local ? (f i'm not wrong, it was your timeshift folder).
Can you retry my version but do not register cccp.ax to see how is going :) ?
And maybe the last question, can you upload a sample of recorded TV on TS Dump FTP (no need to upload whole sample but you can stop ftp transfet @ 500Mo ?
    Thanks
    Seb.

Ps :the same sample from you log will be nice :) "Secrets of War - Yesterday - 2011-10-26.ts"

My R:\ drive is actually a RAMdisk, so yes it's local and it's my timeshift folder.

Thanks for the new core.dll you posted. I'll try it without the cccp.ax.

Happy to upload a sample to the FTP. Could you give me the address or point me to a page with the details please? You want about 500MB?

I think TV was running when I tried to play the recorded file, but I think I've had the same problem with MP freezing when trying to play recordings when TV wasn't running. I'll test both anyway.

OK, I tested with the new core.dll in Debug Mode and tried starting TV, then playing a recording whilst TV was running, then stopping TV and playing a recording and that all worked fine.

Then I tested in normal mode and MP locked up when I tried to start TV.
