E_OUTOFMEMORY, MediaPortal fails to startup (1 Viewer)

I have upgraded from 1.3 alpha to 1.3 beta.
At the same time I upgraded StreamedMP from 1.8.1 to 1.8.2.
Now Mediaportal crashes during startup.

I am running Windows 8 Enterprise 64 bit.
I have installed the same configuration on another Windows 8 64bit computer sucessfully.
The computer that fails is the main TV in our home so the situtation is not the best.
Mediaportal starts fine with the Titan skin, but i like StreamedMP better.

Could you try to clean/delete skin cache?

I have cleared and deleted the skin cache several times.
I have tried to repair and modify the skin too, but no success.

Try rebooting your system.
