Since I used Mediaportal for the first time I have noticed a cosmetic bug that has never been corrected. Mediaportal does not show the correct channelgroup in the EPG.

I show you three screens:
1) I am in the channelgroup "Favoriten" watching "Das Erste".
2) I go to the channelgroup "HDTV" switching to "ArteHD".
3) If I select the EPG-screen I still have the channel group "Favoriten" listed!

If I quit Mediaportal while watching a channel from the group "HDTV" - restart it and then switching to the TV Mode again the EPG always shows me "HDTV" as channel group even if I switch back to a channel from the group "Favoriten".

i will try to reproduce that this evening.

however, i am 99.9% sure that a change of the tv-group in the channel selector, changes the group in TV-Guide and the other way around.
    will report back tomorrow.

    Hi,

I just tried this out and this is what i found:
    1. Change group in channel selector, tv on/off and selecting a channel or just esc out doesn't matter.
    2. Goto TV-Guide, result: epg has wrong group name but the channels visible are the ones from the new group selected in step 1.
    3. Step out of tv-guide and then in again and now also the group name is changed to correspond the change in step 1.

Correct, thats exactly the same i just encountered.

I will add this "cosmetic" bug tomorrow to mantis and add the link to the mantis report in here. :)
