if i understand, the solution is to provide the libusb0.dll ?

Works for me! I copied all files listed in libusb-win32-bin-1.2.6.0\bin\libusb-win32-bin-README.txt for my (AMD64) architecture to the indicated places and no longer have the LCD2USB.dll error in my logs.
