Error1:
I would guess that you have an incompatible plugin in MP. You can start off by removing all 3rd party plugin dlls from the plugin\windows and plugin\process folders and putting them back one by one until you isolate the problem. Alternatively, you can attach logs and hope someon here can pick up the problem.
Error2:
No idea, but also, attach logs and hopefully someone can spot the problem.
