Seems much smoother changing channels, particularly between SD/HD or encrypted/unencrypted. Maybe a bit faster too.

will test it also on my system with DVB-S2 this weekend...

will there be a benifit if i bring the 63b into my MePo 1.3.0 Alpha system?

on all 1.2.3 machines there really IS a benefit...

It's basically the same code as the version in 1.3.0 Alpha + a few small bug fixes, so you probably won't see any difference.
