Failed to create graph (2 Viewers)

i don't know if this adds something, but i always get error screens in the Mytv section from i believe .net it asks met to send error messages whitch i always do.

sorry but i'm another: my nova-t istn working@rc2 nor with the latest cvs...

is there a solution yet, or did all of you who had the same "cant create graph.." problems just get enough of MP for now?

No i work with an olde cvs version, i don't know exactly witch but i works, i tryd today's cvs and the problem is still there. Dman says that the files are in cvs at the moment but it does'nt seems to work on my system. i hope there is a solution in the near future but i find it strange that there are'nt more people who have these problems.

Problem Solved (Elecard the problem)

Hi all.

Looks like i have solved my problem, stubbern as i am

Today when i came home from work, i decided to start all over with my
installalation, and i laid on a fresh Ghost image, then the net 2.0, MP rc.o2
then finally the latest CVS from today 26/01-06.

The setup worked, no problems at all, HMMMM odd i thought...
I whent on installing my codecs windvd, then Elecard mpegplayer and the IMGburner, it's getting to be a rutine you know installing installing

Then i made a test on the MPsetup, and it froose up on me, right there...

One of the utils. prgs. hmmm uninstalled the IMGburner, no the prblm was still there.


Uninstalled the Elecard mpeg player, Yahooo no it works again

So it looks like that the Elecard mpgplayer has a isue regarding MP, maybe not the codecs itselves, but the program. ??? I'm not sure...

Should it be reported as a Bug ????

Hi all.

:idea:
Just a litle update, if you still whant to use Elacard then just try to use the
Elecard Mpeg-2 Decoder&streaming pack, i've had no problems at all with this Codec pack... 8)

i had never installed elecard (or is it preinstalled with rc2?) but have the same problem?

also when i install rc2 fresh on a hdd, it still wont work :? (no effect if i use latest cvs or none...)

wietze: cant you remember which date xour cvs is from? (perhabs look at the files!)

CVS date is 3-1-2006

i did a fresh install without elecard codec installed and it works for me, i can say that MP runs now as never before.

tried that cvs version: and no problem with "unable to create graph"
but now i have the problem, that he doenst find any channels, not the ones which are still in the list from 1.3 nor any channels via autotune - configuration just crashes after autotuning?

I dit today some testing for myself, and the things that give me problems are the codecs i had installed, PowerDVD and Elecard. The codecs in MP are the best to use on my system.

The problem you have with no channels finding i had to.

Change back to the codecs in MP, that solved my problems check also if the channels are linked to the card.
