Feature Request - Add Settings option to Exit/Shutdown/Restart menu (1 Viewer)

I think we need to add a background image, what do you guys think? Looks a little to plain all black.

that's not too bad, you could also make the lightning interact with the buttons something like this

PS: I actually have to get around to making a mod for now playing screen full fanart version, so if there is no full size fanart then it just displays the artist thumb with the lightning border, i think this idea may be possible now that borders should be introduced into MP1.2

I know this is an extreme long shot seeing as how this thread is probably long dead, but i can't find the answer anywhere. Does anyone know what the window id or what xml file the shutdown menu described in this thread is? I'm to use a shortcut'er keystroke to quick access this menu from my remote.

At a guess it's inside basic home.xml, have you checked in there yet?

Thanks for the tip kiwijungist....it may be there, but i can't seem to find it, i was able to locate the sections which includes the lightning background and the "exit,restart, shutdown, settings" buttons but it seems to reference id "0" but i know that's not right. I also tried 7777, 7888, 7999, 79999. also listed in parenthesis in that section, but no luck. I just get an animation like it'll go to the next menu item, but basic home just reloads.

find the name of the image for one of the unique icons that make up that menu, then search for the filename of that image inside the text. I don't have StreamedMP install at the moment so I can't comment further. if it's not directly in basic home then it will be added via an import in the xml.

Thank you, I'll look in to it. It may be that i'll have to write a separate xml that looks and acts just like the menu i'm looking for. I have a suspicion that the menu is somehow embedded in the basichome.xml. but not knowing a lot about coding, I really don't know if that's possible.
