Features for MP-TV Series 2.0 :) (1 Viewer)

If anybody could create a nice looking logo for that I'd appreciate it. Currently it's just a TV that I threw together from a photo quickly.

What do you looking for ?
I had nothing to do, so i have been playing around with a idea...maybee it to big...but it was fun to make
This is just a example so please do not feel foced to use it
If you do like it, i could work on the reflection so it does not look like it floating in the air. Maybee even change the text if you like.

Nice, I like the white one, but the text, I don't know. Could make the text a little more suble and maybe but it floating "under" the the center TV and not reflecting.

Don't spend too much time on it, its just a little gimmick that shows for maybe 2-3 seconds when the config loads ;-)

Ok. I removed reflections and moved the text.
Should the text be even more smaller ?

I love that one . But I think I phrased i badly, I didn't mean remove the reflections all together, just the reflection of the text. The text needs to be this big because I'll need to shrink the image anyways (don't want such a huge splashscreen, do we).

Anyway, thanks man. If you have the time let's see what it looks like with those reflections back in, if not thats cool and I'll just take the one I mentioned.

Nice work, mirk... but I still don't like the font. It shouldn't be so.. umm... childish / playfull (don't have the right english word). And have you tried with the choosen name "MP-TV Series"?

Do you have a font in mind that is not childish / playfull ? Times New Roman, Arial ?

Puhh... I'd need to check some fonts, but from the ones you provided, I'd prefer the one that inker selected, too.

I have not so much photoshop skills yet so i can get the reflections perfect, i have there for made 2 versions of the reflections.

Hi Guys/Gals, Congrats on version 1! But as you know the more we get the more we want!!
Feature request:

I really love the idea of the torrent feature and I've mentioned this some time ago when the feature first came out; it would be really nice if 1. you got a progress indicator for the download and 2. The files, once downloaded could be renamed to the same format as the rest of the series e.g. The.Simpsons.S18E22.PDTV-LOL.AVI would be renamed to The Simpsons.s18e22.avi

This would make the whole torrent thing a complete process; it just seems to defeat the purpose if you still have to have manual intervention to the rename / unzip the file.

Thanks again for all the hard work that goes in to MP-TVSeries it's such a big part of mediaportal.


btw:Has anyone else noticed that you have to re-copy the Blue-Two skin file every time you do an SVN update? maybe the old skin file could be removed from SVN?
