[FIXED] BasicHome Editor - update Emulators skin id, add parameter support

    Hey,

    The basic home editor uses the old skin id for My Emulators in the quick select list and doesn't allow adding a hyperlink parameter.



    The attached patch updates the skin id and adds parameter support for My Emulators. I've reworked the logic slightly so the user can manually enter a parameter (if it's not already handled internally).

    I haven't done much regression testing so hopefully all good.
