[FIXED] BasicHome Editor - update Emulators skin id, add parameter support (1 Viewer)

Hey,

The basic home editor uses the old skin id for My Emulators in the quick select list and doesn't allow adding a hyperlink parameter.

The attached patch updates the skin id and adds parameter support for My Emulators. I've reworked the logic slightly so the user can manually enter a parameter (if it's not already handled internally).
