I can only select the same driver that is already installed, but it does not say legacy. It says:OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller

then i think your ok ... it doesnt have a brand name in front of it..

what you could try , is download a chipset driver package for your motherboard, because it seems you havent installed it

    it might help...

Drivers are up to date. I will try Mediaportal 1.02

Ok, I installed 1.02. And guess what!! It works. So it is a bug in RC2! What can cause ths bug?

    :D

Can it be the mysql server and the microsoft sql server? How can I switch to test that?

Does that happen every time when the issue appears?

You mean I should post more logs to see if this happens everytime?

The issue happens everytime anyway. after about 2 minutes everytime. Changing to 1.02 made the problem go away, but that is not the version I want to use.

I mean you should try to reproduce the issue for about ten times and check if the TsReader.log contains that same line on every time the bug happens.

Ok, I made a mistake. I did not fully update my computer, and that is why it didn't work.:sorry:

    Sorry for the trouble.

What do you mean that you had not updated everything?

I have a very similar issue with my installation (running WIN7) however. Tv stops, black screen, after about 15 seconds. I can switch channel and then it works for about 15 seconds again.
